We sliced the apples,
added brown sugar, raisins and a few splashes of water. We cooked them in the
microwave for 7-8 minutes until soft, and then added yoghurt, almonds, and a pinch of cinnamon at the end.
Serve with a morning smile and a glass of water with a squeeze of
lemon. It really is an amazing start to the day.
